This is really good! Maybe should throw in the KenPom ratings.

Georgia: 28
Ole Miss: 34
LSU: 35
Alabama: 45
A&M: 55
Tennessee: 84

Head to head is an absolute non factor since we took you to double OT on the road. The rest, however, is fair for now. I actually think uga and LSU are on the same seed line right now and both are firmly in. If the season ended today, neither team would be worried about making it at all.

Yeah I still think we are a bubble team, but with some of the talent we have we should be a lot better than barely on the bubble

Ga Tech is in the Top 100 RPI....per ESPN RPI.

I'm enjoying this ride right now but I know and most sane fans know that we are at most an NIT team, which is at least a big improvement over last year. Still sucks as I was in school for part of our 6 year run at the ncaa.

Alabama is not, nor will be an NCAA tourney team this year. They have no front court. There's not a D-1 center or SF on their roster...I wish they were, but they aren't.

Shows you how much UT is overachieving this year.

Good post GG. I think you've got them spot on. I will say thought A&M impressed me a lot this weekend and think they could end up #1 on this list by seasons end.

Hope SEC can get 5 teams in. Vols have an opportunity @Arkansas to jump back in the convo, otherwise going 2-1 will keep us alive a couple weeks longer but barely holding on.

Pretty solid list. I'm not sold on Arkansas being above the bubble. SMU has lost to everyone they played with a pulse... Dayton is a pretty good win and Georgia is solid as well, but still nothing on their schedule makes me believe they are in better position than LSU. Both are still bubble teams.

They're #81 on the NCAA official site. That was before their loss yesterday, but they prolly didn't fall 20 places...

Don't get me wrong, as bad as GT is playing they'll be outside the top 100 next Monday, but they're still top 100 as of today...

Rankings - NCAA Men's Basketball RPI...

zero way of knowing that. maybe, maybe not.

The point is just because you found a site that has them in the Top 100 doesnt mean it was the site he was using.

In what world is Rodney Cooper not a D-1 SF?

Clearly I have a more positive opinion on this Alabama team than you do, but that's still not relevant to the thread. At this point in time, Alabama is a bubble team. Whether or not you think they'll play their way into or out of the tournament is a matter of opinion.

it still shows up as a quality win for lsu. the committee will notice that.
