Oklahoma State lost a lot of players so Carolina will likely win.

What does UGA bring back next season?

Is another top 3 sec finish likely?

All the contributors except Donte' Williams return. I don't know about top 3, but should certainly be among the top half of the conference with potential to sneak into the tourney.

3. Arky @ ISU: Should be another good one. I like the way Arky finished. I'll go out on a limb and call for an Arky upset over ISU here.

ISU loses 2 All Americans and Big 12 first teamers in Ejim and Kane, but returns Georges Niang and Dustin Hogue.

Arkansas loses Coty Clarke, Kikko Haydar, and Drake Wade but add Durahm, Beard, Babb, Thompson, and Hannahs if he gets a waiver.

Arkansas probably has the advantage in the post and has the ability to use big guards to prevent mismatches that Iowa State's HC like to take advantage of (Posting up guards, etc).

It is easy to see why this match up came to be, two of the fastest tempo teams, two of the highest scoring teams, and two of the best assist creating teams in the country facing off with one another. It should be a very entertaining game to watch.

I would have preferred for the game to be a home game as we already play @ SMU and @ Clemson as well as a mid season tourney, rumors are we will add another game against a "big time opponent" at home this year as well.

Damn, I was hoping something would happen and KU would get to play Arkansas

As far as Iowa State, it should be a fun game...but I'm not expecting much. Hilton has twice the atmosphere of anyone in the SEC and I don't see that going over well for us.

that's pretty realistic, but I bet the SEC splits the Arkansas/ISU and LSU/WVU games

UF will be winning late, UF will start getting absolutely screwed by the refs and uK will win in the last minute or OT due to the refs making sure it is so.

Lololol Tennessee will be horrible, last place in the SEC bad. Oklahoma will cream Mizzou.

Looks like they got it right. South Carolina will have a team the same caliber as Ok State, or they wouldn't have paired us up.

So then why was South Carolina paired up with OK State this year?

Outside of the few big games (UT-UK, UF-KU) the matchups are a crap shoot.
