I can only rank the ones I have been to:

1. Rupp - history echos in the walls. It’s a visit everyone should make once.
2. Bud Walton - museum is great. Fans are great. Also, historically great. I wish I had gone to see a game when Nolan had them at the peak.
3. Auburn - jungle baby.
4. Thompson Boling - fun environment and good venue. Outside is ugly.
5. Pavilion (Rebs) - shocked at how nice it was. Looks like a professional arena. I prefer the Tad Pad and even walked over to it and went inside. Had dirt where the arena used to be. Rodeo?
6. Coleman. Airplane hanger that I have not been to since the renovation. Wealthy program that won’t spend the money on the building since the ball is round.

Only been to 3, but here's what I think of those.... and then the rest:

1. But Walton - Huge. Great sight lines. Crowd always engaged and energetic

2. Tennessee - Big. The whole tower of suites on one side is a weird visual.

3. Missouri - Small. Choppy. Crowd dead unless responding to something on the court. Antlers just unoriginal and crude.

The Rest - Based off watching on Tv

Auburn - tiny but seems to get pretty loud

Kentucky - historic. big. sounds like a morgue 75% of the time

S. Car - Mini Bud Walton. Fans just learning how to basketball

Ol Miss - Seems like a nice little place to play ball

TAMU - I still remember G Rollie White coliseum so this is a huge step up

FU - nothing spectacular but when Billy D had it rolling, it was a tough venue

PMAC - Needs to be replaced but when they're good the coonasses can get rowdy

The Hump - Meh

Vandy - Complete dump. Gets this spot in the rankings because of its weirdness

UGA - Always seems dark on TV - like they need to replace a few lightbulbs

Bama - Looked old and worn out 30 years ago

The PMAC looks like a flying saucer and should have been part of Epcot

When they leave Coleman, most of us will lose our season tickets so I hope they stay a bit.

Bingo! It’s not that bad! Just need to move the student section to one sideline….

Missouri Small.

It’s the sixth largest SEC arena with a whole two schools in between it and Arkansas.

Memorial gym is quirky but Coleman coliseum is a dump.

Nah. MSU’s Humphrey Coliseum is firmly in the bottom 2.

Attended a game at the Hump a couple of weeks ago. It far exceeded by low expectations. They’ve done a fantastic job in the concourses and it feels brand new. It blows Coleman out of the water. Plus your seat faces the court unlike Colemane where tons of seats are at an angle and you have to turn your head to see the game.

Shout out to the Tad Pad and the colony of squirrels that have occupied it for the last 30 years.

I miss the sad pad. The only basketball arena to have a game rained out due to roof leaks

Also I was at a game in the tad pad when the lights went out and they had one of those shitty lighting systems that takes like 10 minutes for the lights to fully come on. Tad pad rocked though when the Rebs were good. Marshall Henderson has some kino moments in there.

Much criticism toward Vandy athletics is justified. But ranking Vandy’s basketball arena dead last is just wrong and shows ignorance.

I like Coleman because it is big and can get rowdy for important games. I know it is dark and oddly shaped but a big game there has always been fun.

I hope this plan to downsize into a new arena fails.

We’re probably #2 in attendance but #1 in DEI which is impressive in a league with A&M.

How in the hell does a fan of a team that has a gay love triangle on the basketball team make this comment?
