The bigger the game, the more intense the atmosphere and game day experience.

There are a handful of schools in the country that could say they have a better game day atmosphere then what Auburn provided the last couple weeks on the Plains. Texas A&M is over rated in my opinion, was on the field during the Auburn game. UGA and LSU all interchange with AU at the top depending on the game.

Aside from putting your team at the top, how many of the other 13 venues have you actually been too?

quote:

1. Kyle Field
2. Bryant-Denny
3. Ben Hill Griffin
4. Sanford
5. Jordan-Hare
6. Neyland
7. Williams-Brice
8. Vaught-Hemmingway
9. Tiger Stadium
10. Memorial - Cornhuskers are in the B1G as I think Mizzou refers to the field like TAMU does.
11. Davis Wade
12. Reynolds
13. Vanderbilt Stadium
14. Commonwealth

I've been to Sanford during a win and a loss, in both cases I believed Sanford to be a little underwhelming considering it sits 10,000 more than ours. Don't get me wrong, the campus is nice and all, pretty cool how a venue that big can just sneak up on you when you're walking around campus, but not as loud as a UF.

SC has to be up there. We've given our stadium and the surrounding area incredible facelifts that I imagine most on here haven't seen or witnessed yet. There is a reason we own the longest home win streak in the nation.

...and your's is probably a large dick - compared to a flea's, amirite?

Your tiny dick notwithstanding, you yourself are a rather large dick, amirite? I mean, that's the reply you were trolling for - I was happy to oblige.

I haven't been to USCe, A&M, or Mizzou's house. When they are playing good ball, the Swamp is as intimidating an away game as I have ever been in. The place gets extremely loud and the fans are right on top of the visiting bench. That being said, except for Vandy, and they were their used to be Vandy selves the two times I went, every stadium was loud at times. Neyland is probably the second most intimidating stadium with LSU a close third.

Of the stadiums I've been to, Auburn obliterates them all.

It's not even close.

Can't rate LSU in the top 5 anymore. They are never consistantly loud and leave early even in close games and big games.

Samford and BD are about the same, they get loud on occasion.

AU and AtM are a cut above the rest.

I agree with this. Sad but true.

I love Vanderbilt obviously, but above Auburn? I definitely don't see VU as a top 5 "atmosphere". Hell, I get annoyed at our fans for lack of energy. The fact that years past had the stadium half-full of visiting fans added to that.

You must have missed this part of my post:

Well...no, I didn't ignore the part about that you have experienced. It may not have factored into my answer as I stared incredulously at Vandy being top 5
