fter the late firing of Chizik, Malzahn strung together arguably the most talented D line class ever.

Impressive, I promise but some of that was holding on to what was already verbal, and Freeze looks like a complete recruiter. I'm not saying Malzhan can't do it, merely that I know Freeze can.

What is Sumlin's record without Case Keenum and Johnny Football?

One, Carl Lawson.. Then he reigned in Montravius Adams and flipped Elijah Daniel from Freeze who was a verbal to Ole Miss.

Miles does Les with more

Freeze does more with less. Ole Miss team was depleted with injuries.

yeah, sorry, you dont know what you are talking about. Those stars, sans lawson were because of malzahn and new staff. We lost liner and Foster, by not holding on

That's some. Stop being so defensive, I'm giving him credit, I am just making the claim that is hasn't been more impressive than Freeze's recruiting, although it definitely could be in the future.

I take it back Sumlin is not a better coach than Chizik. Chizik won a National Championship with his Heisman winning QB.

They've improved a lot since seasons start for sure, as much as anyone.

Before the LSU game, this wouldn't have even been an argument. Not kicking field goals vs. Bama, going for it on 4th down unnecessarily, there were several miscues against Auburn that made me scratch my head - but I'd have to re-watch to remember.

It just seems like he's coaching high school ball out there a lot with his decisions. That can improve though.
