Saban Heisman whored Henry out like a $5 back alley whore

How so? He won games by giving Henry a lot of carries. Henry loved it. Saban tried to pull Henry from the Auburn game when it was in the bag, but Henry convinced him to put him back in.

Na. Henry came up huge in big games, the other two, not so much. You don't win the Heisman by going for 200 yards against College for the Deaf and Blind.

Cannon

1950s

9.4 100 yard dash time in track

57.4 shot put

Bo

1980s

9.54 100 yard dash time in track

shot put simply says "over 50 feet"

Herschel

1980s

9.3 100 yard dash

cant find shot put numbers

Dare I say, Bo and Herschel are getting black privilege in the better athlete debate?

Did you not read where I typed based on season statistics?

That is how they stack up based on actual production for their Heisman winning season.

I would put Herschel 1st, Bo second and Henry 3rd as for who was the better backs but my list is indisputable based on stats.

Henry actually had 3 more games. LSU had the McNeese game cancelled.

If LF was as good as y'all think he was, he would have gotten to play in more games.

Instead he played the literal two worst rushing defenses in college football that year along with a few other ranked around 90th and worse.

I can get the list of the terrible rushing defenses he got the luxury of playing if you like?

This is such crap. Against 6 common opponents (that is half the season you know) LF outperformed Henry. Period.

Here is a legitimate comparison in "big games" and you can see who was better.

Vs a bad D (Auburn)
LF: 19/228 3 TD 12.0 ypc
DH: 46/271 1 TD 5.9 ypc

Vs a good D (Florida)
LF: 31/180 2 TD 5.8 ypc
DH: 44/189 1 TD 4.3 ypc

The ONLY bad game LF had was against Bama. If Henry would have had to play against Bama with Miles calling the plays, he'd have had 31 yds too.

What if Henry got to play USCe after a hurricane in a game that had to moved to Tuscaloosa, Texas Tech(worst rushing defense in college football), Eastern Michigan(second worst rushing defense in all of college football) Syracuse
etc. etc. ?

Hershel was better than Bo. Bo was great and did the two sport thing but Hershel was better imo.

Cannon also played defense. Scored touchdowns by rushing, receiving, and on an interception run back. I'm not sure if he ever got a scoop and score though.

Almost 2 1/2 pages of decent conversation before cajunbama started with his usual schtick.

He must have been taking a nap this afternoon.
