1. Arkansas -- most beautiful setting in the country, super rich school so all the facilities are really nice and up-to-date from Walmart donations.

By "swamps" did you mean the Mississippi River and University Lakes?

What's so great about Vandy? Would love to hear. Yes, it's the best in the SEC academically, but social life leaves something to be desired.

It's in fricking Nashville. Have you ever been to Nashville? Nashville is an awesome place.

About as good a reputation as Ole Miss, State and LSU have.

Read the thread title. This isn't 'which school would I get the best education and job out of college'. This is moreso based on the college experience.

eh not sure i agree with that

don't really agree with that either

other than that, yeah. nashville has become the biggest melting spot of SEC grads outside atlanta in recent years. plenty of talent at the bars.

This is all PERSONAL PREFERENCE. I don't like small schools. Hell, I thought Clemson was too small. Vanderbilt has an enrollment of like 11,000.

If the thread was 'which are the best schools, then it would have Vandy at the top, followed by Georgia, and UF.

The only reason Ole Miss and State have a bad reputation is because of our low admission standards set by the state government. Both schools have sky high dropout rates among freshmen. There's a reason for that.

a good education is the the most valuable college experience. you can find good friends anywhere. and again, if you can't find a social life in vanderbilt, you're doing it wrong

You're missing the point of this thread. I didn't even say I'd choose these schools over Vanderbilt. If I got accepted at all, I'd choose Vanderbilt. This is which schools you want to go to the most. The ones you would enjoy the most...

yeah...the title is rank the SEC based on which you'd want to go to the most

I would want to go to Vandy the most because of the education and living in Nashville
