Was just speaking of my brief 2 years many moons ago. The furniture may have been incredibly expensive, but most of it ended up on the roof or covered in puke or used as kindling, etc. I don't visit frat houses enough to know if times have changed.

Yeah, those brand new sorority houses are stupid big.
It's unreal. My wife was a Tri-Delt at Bama and we went up for the goodbye to the old house which was really unique
and built this place. It is incredible. The back deck has flat screen tvs everywhere for gamedays.

I don't see how any house can top the Vandy one.

Damn, they tore down the old birthday cake tri delt house? The new T-town is just foreign to my old arse. And I used to wreck shop in that Vandy SAE house.

Was sad I missed our new house by about 6 years.
Not sure all the specs but if I remember correctly it stands at a little over 26,000 square feet

LSU has had fraternities since the Civil War and continues to have one of the largest, well established and best represented Greek systems in the nation with 40 fraternities and sororities.

That house is badass. Wish our Alumni would have put some money into the Auburn Pi Kapp house while I was still there. Do all the ground work, but don't get any of the rewards. Yes I'm still bitter.

Bama is the pinnacle of Greek systems anywhere.

Best Greek house? Vanderbilt's SAE house...
Really is one of the best I've seen.
Of the handful of SEC campuses I've been to, Ole Miss takes it to another level. It's always an adjustment when I travel then come back home and drive by UofL's Greek "row" on the way to work.

Sigma Nu at Ole Miss is outrageous...
see drone video of their Woodstock party this year. Swimming pool and the new part is like a hotel with private bathrooms and suites.

The Vandy house that keeps getting posted is hideous. They tried to make it look like some of the castles at Ivy League schools and only half assed it.

Arkansas has some huge houses.
If you are going by size of houses, its Bama, Arkansas and Mizzou.
Largest North American fraternity and sorority houses.

Ole Miss takes it to another level
Just about every SEC school not named A&M or Auburn would be elite compared to the rest of the country.
Ole Miss' houses look kinda small to me, but I am just comparing them to Fayetteville and Tuscaloosa.

Fraternity row isn't even complete yet for UA.

Mizzou seems to have a pretty underrated greek system, at least underrated by SEC people.

Damn who's house is that? The others you posted are kind of 'meh', but that one is unreal.
