Oklahoma could be deadly with a new direction. I think they are kinda in that Tampa Bay Tony Dungy situation similar to LSU.

Your thinking may be completely arse backwards, what better drama can you get than two brothers coaching against each other, see Jim and John Harbaugh.

exactly. That offense has looked dead a few years! Bring in an attack like Auburn has and watch out! OU has some athletes.

Yes, Y'all should fire stoops. Honestly, he's had the run of a conference for 15 years, and has what, 1 NC to show for it? Horrible. Fire him and hire Gary Barnett.

It's not going to be Bob Stoops.

Stoops would be an idiot to leave that easy conference, but hard to say since we don't know how much money they may offer him.

Stoops will use it as leverage to get a nice pay raise out of OU.

I hope so. That and an extension, so that way when he loses three games for the next three years straight they can't do anything.

Bob is done, over the hill, on the downslide.

sooner fans are funny. I get that most of them that post on message boards are really young but it's amazing to me that they think they are invincible. The pre-Bob period was brutal and most are too young to remember it. They somehow forget they went through like 4 coaches and had a losing record over the course of a decade.

Every school misses on coaching hires. Every school. And if that happened to OU in the present landscape, it may be bedtime for bonzo. They are dangerously close to being Pitt.

Are you trying to fill my jar today?

I prefer to dream of them being the next Minnesota after Bob, but Pitt also works.

Cool, I am in OKC, I will be in Tulsa this weekend for the Route 66 Marathon. Any good places to catch the game Saturday night?
