Remember that guy that everyone said was overhyped and overrated?

Great for Rebs recruiting, bad for Rebs 2016.

I'm not paying to see the complete list, so if anyone has access, please post it.

Players going #1 overall always helps their former school in recruiting their position.

Just ask LSU fans.

Whoever said that is an idiot. I would love for the Saints to have the first pick and land him. He is a beast. I think Treadwell is underrated there. That is an amazing trio the Rebs have.

Nkemdiche's only problem is he's a bit of a tweener. What's his best fit in the NFL?

I could see him being a Geno Atkins type of DT in a 4-3.

The guy really has turned it on this year but you have to be honest he didn't set the world on fire his first two seasons. Maybe he was injured some of the time or it just took 2 years to get comfortable. I don't know but this year he is the best defensive lineman in college football by far. He is so damn quick off the ball.

I busted OM fans balls as much as anyone because he was overhyped, for being a young player. I also said he will be a stud this year because DTs take time to develop and adjust to the speed and strength of SEC offensive lines.

I didn't think he would go top 10 overall though. I'm pretty sure I have a sig bet or something with Rebal AC about that. It's not looking good for me.

We tried to tell everyone. He would get in the backfield and disrupt plays but wouldn't finish the play. As a DT you don't get stats for disruptions, only when you finish the play. This year he is actually finishing the play. The last two you years he has demanded double teams which makes our front 7 that much better and has been a key cog in our defense over that time. LSU's game winning drive last year had RN on the bench for every play but the last 2. That's how big he is to our defense.

I just said I thought Nkemdiche would go #1 the other day. Then people told me I was wrong.

Why is my brilliance not accepted as unquestionable fact?

I mean that was arguably as tough of a defense as we will see all year and we moved the ball fine. We don't have to run for 200 a game. Just enough to get enough short yardage situations and keep the LB's honest.

He has the talent and work ethic to be an excellent NFL CB. I will be surprised if he falls to 19 come draft time.
