No, he didn't. He only announced he was going to wear #7 to represent the 7th ward 3 or 4 months ago.

Can you, for once, not be such a miserable count?

I just hope it doesn't breed a sense of entitlement in Fournette as a result

He chose LSU long before Bama or anyone outside of Louisiana knew it.

You really are a miserable person.

I guarantee you if Leonard Fournette said I'll sign on the condition of wearing #18 my freshman year then he'd get that number

And you'd be wrong

Maybe Fournette should start worrying about that YPC instead of what number he's wearing

Wisconsin's defense is legit and he was pressing. He'll look a lot better with playing time. Plus he'll be going up against some cupcake defenses like Sam Houston State, Louisiana-Monroe, aTm, etc.

I think it should shift to a defensive number. Every player that gets it on offense underperforms since Hester had it.

we also didn't run him much in the second half, a bad pitch and a short side option.

the first half we tried to run and no back was going anywhere because our fat tightend couldn't block anyone. Once we stop trying to force buga and run him in good sets he will be just fine. The 3 wide and Jennings in shotgun opened up lanes for kenny late in the game. Buga would have put up the same exact yardage if he had those carries late because a truck could drive through the holes we opened up later on once we had them spread out.

Yeah. I'm not wrong tho, unless you're stupid enough to believe he was going somewhere besides LSU.
