Totally State, because I'd love to see the Mullen fanboys try to spin their way out of that one.

These are OUR sanctions!

LSU is kind of like the Ohio State Sugar Bowl situation. I don't want LSU to have any excuse when Arkansas beats them. Almost none of the LSU fans can contemplate anything other than LSU being vastly superior in every aspect of their football program. It's part of what makes beating them on a regular basis so sweet. The excuses that roll out Baton Rouge every time they lose to the Hogs is staggering. Can you imagine what it would be like if they lost scholarships? Nobody in the SEC would be able to claim a legitimate victory against LSU for 10 years.

so you're saying probation would turn us into alabama?

not a bad theory really

8-11 since 1992. Not bad when you consider who was on our sideline.

If we don't win something soon I might be willing for us to go on a massive cheating spree

No offense meant to MsState because they have a good thing going with Mullen, but IMO I just don't think MsState could be a "10-story." I just don't think State is high profile enough nationally for it to be considered a huge story.

Meh, I don't really WANT any to run afoul of the NCAA. But I'm afraid the answer is obviously Auburn, I believe the NCAA has just been taking their sweet time on Camgate.

My outside shot is LSU, don't see how they could get to them before Auburn, but maybe.

It may be a "10" story simply because they're in the SEC and it may pertain to Cam, which would be huge.

That's the only thing I could think of that would make it a "10" involving MSU.

I'm still not sure why.

Dream scenario. State gets the death penalty and gets booted from the conference. Who do we bring in?

The Hogs, we've been in the damn Big 12 for too long, tired of it.

Question for Arkansas and Ole Miss fans...

I am far from someone who will give the Piggies credit but..........

Their program and the Ole Miss program are pretty far apart right now, maybe better to ask Moo St and the Rebs, more on the same level

and yes I know the article blah blah blah but Moo State being in trouble would NEVER rate a 10

Although I'm definitely nervous as an LSU fan (as I'm sure Bama fans are too), the logical school is Auburn with everyone that's been digging up dirt on them since the season ended.

Auburn. then bama. I would really hate for it to be LSU. I have always supported LSU when they are not playing us. In football and baseball.
