Based on reading it, I assume he never had a drivers license and only one of those learning permits. But honestly I don't know. I have also seen when a person would go to court and the judge would limit their driving to "to and from work or school".

Kiehl Frazier has one.
Seriously though, I think it probably means he has had some driving issues in the past and his license limits him to driving in certain situations, such as to and from school, the doctor's office, etc.

I've come to the conclusion that this crop of AU players aren't thug's they are just down right stupid and don't give a shite.

Yeah, just read about on google. Apparently you can get one for other reasons not related to alcohol.

A guy I went to HS with had to get one after getting caught doing 100+ in a 55.
My guess is that is what happened here, or something similar. If this is his 2nd DUI in a couple of years he has problems though.
