you dont just use your middle finger. a lot of people use all fingers to wave teams over. if you freeze frame it at the right moment your middle finger will be extended over others.
im not saying thats what happened. but the original post said "proof" and i think it falls short in proving anything.

It's kind of like when someone tries to prove that there should've been a charge/block call made with a JPEG (still pic) instead of a GIF (video). Unless you see the motion around it, it kind of defeats the purpose.
