Would love to see us beat bama but I don’t care because we are in the dance. We don’t match up well at all with bama. 2nd round we would play a fresh UK team so if we won both of those we could potentially help our seeding out.

I hope we beat Florida, we get a bye against LSU since they get kicked out, we then beat Auburn... and then lose to Kentucky in the finals.

I can see just about any combination of LSU/AU vs UT/UK playing for the crown on Sunday.


Suprisingly, I think UT got the best draw out of the top 4 seeds for their Friday night game against MSU. Barnes has had Howland's number since they both took over. It's about as good of a match up that we could have asked for.

LSU draws the winner of Arkansas/UF both of whom have beaten LSU and played them tough in all of their meetings. With the internal issues + the fact they would still need to beat Auburn afterwards to make the finals gives LSU a tough road to the finals.

South Carolina likely gets a hot Auburn team that will be tough to beat for USC away from Columbia.

UK gets an Alabama team who they lost to earlier in the season or a hot Ole Miss team that gave them a good game just recently.

Also wouldn't be surprised to see a Arkansas/Alabama/Ole Miss/Florida type team pull off an upset somewhere.

Vandy runs the table and gets the 12 seed against Maryland in Hartford (East bracket).
