There's no fricking way you're serious
2 of Alabama's championships had a first year starting QB

I think...
It's too early to tell.
If I *HAD* to guess, though...
Alabama could just as easily be undefeated going into the LSU game, or have as many as three losses (Texas A&M, Ole Miss, and Florida).
LSU could be undefeated, or have losses to Auburn, Ole Miss, and Florida.
I don't think either loses to WVa or Wiscy, personally, but the SEC slates are a little unpredictable at this stage.

Alabama will be #2 and LSU will be receiving votes.

If LSU gets commits from Fournette, Speedy, Malachi, Garrett and Willis, and they have the impact they are capable of making, I think LSU could and likely will be undefeated headed into the Bama game...
It could easily be #1 v #2
It could easily be #1 v #2

Schedule threads are awesome.

Why would anyone assume Bama would be #1 next year at any time in the season?
AJ McWhining = gone
First year quarterback, just like LSU.
Because if Bama wins three straight the voters will vote them there in the preseason?
And outside of QB, we return major experience everywhere except Kicker, Punter, and Left Tackle.

Bama's first two titles under Saban came with a first year QB.
And AJ is a three year starter.

Oddly enough, it's a more difficult schedule than Alabama has this season

Who will be the QB for you guys next season? Definitely not Blake Sims, right?

Florida State's backup, Jacob Coker is gonna graduate next month and still have two years of eligibility left. Will be able to play next year. Apparently as athletic as Winston, similar arm strength. Don't twist that now, I'm certainly not saying he can play like Jameis. Anyway word is he's gonna transfer here, I think he could win the job.

Is he eligible to play after transfering? I was under the impression that you had to sit a year if you transferred within divisions.
He'd have to enroll in a graduate program that is not offered at FSU.. I believe that's the only loophole?

I don't know the exact details. Either the SEC changed the rule or his graduating so early means he doesn't have to sit, or something like that.

Only loop hole I know of is that he won't have to sit if FSU doesn't offer a graduate program that he "wants to attend" that Alabama does.

Idk, I'm sure someone else knows, but I haven't paid attention to what makes him eligible, all I know is he would be.
