Worst Case: 3-9 (Muffin extension)

And the chances of them beating Ole Miss are still greater than the chances of Ole Miss ever getting to the SEC Championship.

In reality, if you live in it, MSU and OM defenses are almost interchangeable this year. I'd give us a favor in the LB and Safety groups. OM leading in CB, and with a slight lead in DL groups.
Both offenses will be good to very good. Favor OM. See #10
Oline is too close to call although you won't hear that from Toddy U
Since 2014, DWS is better than VHS. No change.
State goes 7-5 due to inexperience at qb. With wins over S. Alabama, SC, UMASS, AUB or BYU, Kentucky or A&M, Samford, and Arkansas.

I see six they should win easily. I'm thinking they'll go 2-4 in the other six, but could swing one game either way.
Mullen is a very underrated coach. I suspect this year might be his best coaching job of his career... Just a feeling.
