Predict Mississippi State's Season

MSU will be playing with one of the weaker O Lines to go along with a few non factor RB's and a lightly recruited QB who will be playing his 1st season of SEC play. The WR's are the lone bright spot in an extremely anemic Offense. And they still suck.
MSU's D will be anchored by the LB's (and Leo Lewis' ability to read an offense). The D Line will be pretty mediocre and with a few injuries will be the Achilles heel of the D this season. I don't know a single person on your secondary so I assume they all suck.
MSU's Coaching staff is sub standard compared to the rest of the SEC West.
MSU plays in the smallest stadium in the SEC West.
Best Case: 5-7
Worst Case: 3-9 (Muffin extension)

Another 8+ win season for Mullen (counting Bowl win) is something to look forward to for State fans.
It's great for the SEC that Ole Miss & State are both good now. And as long as Mullen is at State it will stay that way. He might be the most underrated coach in the SEC.

Starting off 8-1 (not really that far-fetched if you look at the schedule), and ranked close to the Top 10, having only lost to LSU at that point, they will unfortunately mirror last year's LSU team and close with 3 L's to Bama, Arkie, & Ole Miss. Rebounding with a win in the bowl game, they finish 9-4 =)
