In spite of all the vitriol spewed on here I have always had a great time partying in G'ville with them when they come. The one game I attended in BR was a blast. Great hosts.

Five of us made the trip for the 1988 game. Auburn was ranked 4th, 3rd in some polls. After the earthquake we were slowly walking back to our car. Out of the crowd two guys with LSU gear pulled us up to their tail gate. They forced us to eat gumbo and drink their excellent beverages.
I was there and experienced this in person.

In 1990 after LSU upset #10 aTm I somehow was able to stumble my drunk arse out of the student section, forgot what exit I came out of but as I was trying to find my friend that I got separated from and I saw this Hare Krishna running faster than Todd Kitchen did that night against the Aggies from some frats that were trying to beat his arse...I guess today that would be classified as a hate crime...

LSU fans believe in magic, bourbon, women, jambalaya, Saturday nights and tailgating drunk.
They have no tolerance for rain or traffic or coaches who don't win big every season.
They love hunting, fishing, and Mike the Tiger.

A couple of assholes asked me "what the frick I was looking at" after the game in 2012. They were painted up and weird looking and I guess I shouldn't have gave more than a glance but I was lit and wasn't in my right frame of mind. I always heard horror stories about tiger stadium but that was the only thing said to me out of the way. I had a great time and the fans were cool. The bathrooms though....

Had Tiger Bait/frick you yelled at me countless times. Drunk LSU fan got in my face after 2008 game. Had both rearview mirrors punched/kicked off based on license plate I assume. Wont bring my kids to Baton Rouge.
