We've all been calling for it. However we all had to sit through the delusional predictions "12-0" and "11-1" were the most popular. Yet LSU fans tell us that they're not a delusional fan base and that they've moved on from the Saban era (and talent).

One question LSU fans. Is tDecline real? Upvote yes, downvote no.

Not ready to say it yet, but there has been a slight decline these past few years. We just aren't in a tailspin just yet. Y'all gonna get buttfricked tonight though. That's for damn sure

Thank you for your opinion about the game tonight. This is not a thread about ole miss, though. There is a game day prediction thread already. Please post your thoughts on the game in that thread. TIA.

The decline is complete in all except on phase and that is recruiting. I have always supported Miles but if he is still the coach at the end of the year and their year goes as expected the top recruits with. O ties to LSU will. It come to BR.

However, Wisconsin may be the best team in the country and LSU almost beat them. They may sweep the SEC and go to championship game. We will have to wait and see.

All we have to do is stop running goal line offense every play.

But yeah, till we try anything at all, it will remain the same.

If opening weekend has taught you anything (which it obviously hasn't) then you would keep your mouth shut until your team has actually played. You have no idea how they will look

we have a team of very talented players that needs to get much better in the next few weeks, or it could be a very bad year.

getting some rythym/tempo in the passing game is a must as we all know.

in regards to tDecline being real??????

yes and no. the end results have been declining /that's for sure as evidenced by our recent records the last few years

but when I hear decline i think about a gradual drift away from being an SEC and national powerhouse... that will eventually lead to a decade or so tail-spin and losing records, especially in the SEC.

But unlike the early years of the perceived tDecline, the talent coming into the LSU football program, the talent on the team right now and in its near future has not only not declined..... but is starting to get better again.

This past recruiting class and next year's are both epic haul's in regards to returning to the glory days of LSU putting out one of the better DL's in the country

LSU's below average DL the past 3 seasons has been the most distressing sign of a decline

this doesn't help us much right now. but a tDecline suggest something that one must rebuild from

hell, in regards to talent now and in the near future we are still a top ten team

so if Miles can't get them playing better quick, then we do it for him

Either way tDecline ends, and if it takes until next year..... we will probably be in the top 10 again

So, y'all are actually inclining? Interesting approach. I'm intrigued.

I would go after Lane Kiffin if I was an AD at a major school!

A 9-3 team opened the season in a legit Power 5 team's home state and lost by two points because the offense couldn't do anything.

That's not a decline. It's only a decline if you SPECULATED that this was a top 5 team and you're disappointed that your speculation may have been too high. In reality, there is no evidence that the program is going backwards, just not going forward as fast as some have hoped/speculated. Understandably, some LSU fans are frustrated because the same problem areas seem to appear year after year.

Damn good post. What if you predict them to go 12-0 or 11-1 year in and year out?
