Because state fans are real excited this year and probably never beat a top 10 team at home before. Let's act like we've been there before even though we haven't and maybe people will respect us more!

Maybe Ole Miss could have a case if they beat Bama, a historic and recent powerhouse. Now State’s opponent is yet to finish better than third in their own division. I would look flat out stupid rushing the field for that.
