I feel like a lot of people aren't comprehending that this is how Steele thinks the AP is going to rank the teams, not his personal rankings.

TBH, we're still a year away from really competing. We're only going to be at about 70 scholarship players this year, but we should be pretty strong for our showdown with Bama in 16. I seriously cannot wait for that game.

I suspect it will take a few years before people understand that these projections and polls MEAN NOTHING since it is all about what the committee releases for their poll.

No one will emerge from PAC12 unscathed. Oregon, USC, UCLA, Arizona, ASU, Stanford will all trade losses and end up out of the playoff. MSU will have to play OSU in the championship game. ACC is down this year w/ Clemson and FSU rebuilding. SEC will beat up on each other and only get one in. BIG12 will get one in w/ their easy schedules. If Boise runs the table w/ games against Washgton, BYU and UVA, they get in to the shock and dismay of the big conferences. So: 1: OSU, 2. TCU, 3. Bama/AU/UGA, 4. BSU.
