One of these is not like the others. And name a single fanbase who doesn't have a few absurd homers, I'll wait.

SOJ and Darrell are absolutely NOTHING alike. You're failing miserably.

Tennessee may end up beating LSU as the most overrated team this year. Neither have any business near the top 10.

And nobody knows overrated more than Auburn.

What are Jeremy Johnson's odds of defending the Heisman he ran away with last year?

Yall can get mad all you want but if it was another team you would be laughing too at the reasons for putting UT that high.

Alabama has to replace quarterback Jake Coker, but the last three national titles by the Tide all came with first-year starting quarterbacks.

See OU in 2014. Lost some close games to good teams. Returned most starters and went on to make the CFP.
We have talent, we have experience, and we have depth. Our division is rife with turnover and coaching changes, and we finished the season on a high note and whooped the #13th ranked team in the country (i know NW was fluffly...this is still a factual statement.) We have a QB with experience, a very solid RB tandem, and a stout defense.
People discounting our chances to do well this year are just UT haters. We are set up to do well. Will we? None of you frickers (including me) knows. And that's why we play the games.
Last year preseason on the rant, if you mentioned that Auburn was going to suck, Aubies on the rant would freak out and say "theres no way, preseason favorites, JJ for Heisman , Gus bus, System, blah blah blah." Look what happened. Literally no one knows shite.

Northwestern 10-3 (6-2)
For a total of 28-45 (13-35). Nice
Yeah, the people who talk about their close losses never mention that they didn't beat anyone wtih a pulse all year.

To be fair to LSU they did beat MSU (9-4), UF (10-4), and Aggy (8-5)
Not the best wins in the world but that UF win makes it feel better.

I see you edited your message and took out LSU. Curious why the change of heart?

he's an MSU fan, not aggy

quote:Nah. They are still in there. To answer your other question, LSU is still stuck with Harris and finished the season losing to the good teams they played by double digits. Not exactly a sign of getting better or deserving to be top 10 preseason.

LSU returns 18 of 22 starters including multiple potential first round draft picks, Fournette, and the first upperclassman at QB since Mettenberger. Not to mention the massive upgrade at DC and 2 back to back top 2 recruiting classes.
I'll be the first to say the jury is out on Harris, but talent returning alone is enough to justify a top 10 ranking.

They had the same talent level last year and finished 16th. I'm not saying LSU will be bad but they didn't do anything last year to show they will be better this year. Certainly not top 5. Had they beaten 2 of Bama, Arky, and Ole Miss, it would be a different story.
