That is your opinion. Just about everybody else I know would give Georgia the edge over Florida in just about all the categories you listed except for academics.

FYI, Auburn has also been far superior to Georia over the last 3 decades in football

Let me know when we are insecure enough to self crown ourselves morality champions of the world to deal with the underachiever label everyone else throws on us. Kind of like Georgia fans do

Well considering that was your fanbase who declared us Moral Champion university, I'd say your entire fanbase is pretty fricking insecure.

Just because somebody ask for your opinion doesn't mean you have to be dumb enough to come up with stuff that would make Georgia superior to your own school in most people's mind

UGA and it is not close.

- Athens
- Girls are hotter
- Better school
- better campus
- better stadium
- no little brother to tolerate.
- has not gone winless in SEC since forever. (2012 for Auburn)
- I don't like cheaters.
- I don't like shady individuals meddling with my University Administration. (Auburn has like 5 of these. Auburn almost lost their accreditation for this a few years ago)
- I don't want to blame everything bad that happens to my university on an in state rival.
- I don't want to sign on to the never-ending campaign to be-little anything positive relating to The University of Alabama.

hey dumbass, reread the OP again and get back to me. My school has nothing to do with it, it was asking between auburn and georgia. I gave reasons why I'd prefer one over the other.

Who's the dumb one?

No, you did this hoping that people not associated with either school would pick Auburn to make yourselves (phan) feel better about yourselves for some reason. What is it with the neediness of Auburn fans on this board?

I don't like cheaters.-- then why are you an Alabama fan

- I don't like shady individuals meddling with [quote]my University Administration. (Auburn has like 5 of these. Auburn almost lost their accreditation for this a few years ago).

Yet bammer is the only football program in the country that has had a booster convicted in federal court and sentenced to serve time in prison for paying players. This booster was close friends with many bammer coaches, including being close friends and drinking buddies with bear Bryant himself. Drunk Bryant Jr largely is still allowed to run bammer today just because his drunk of father had so much success as a football coach

- I don't want to blame everything bad that happens to my university on an in state rival.

Many bammers even try to blame things like Wimp Sanderson, Mike Dubose, and Mike Price screwing their secretaries and other ugly skanks on Auburn

UGA easily has the better "general academic" reputation over Auburn.

And yet Auburn grads, on average, earn more $$$ over their careers than UGA grads (see payscale.com).

Sounds kind of like a push to me. And, just personally, I'd rather put more dollars in my pocket over the years than to have the "general academic" bragging rights anyway.

Go back and read my initial post in this thread. I tried to warn the op how this thread would go. I am not even surprised that most people have come up with reasons that would make Georgia superior to their own school. That is how dumb most posters on this board are

ding ding ding ding.....

its a classic catch 22.

when its clear the right answer is AU from a football standpoint they have 3 options (one which I didn't see)

suicide (didn't see that, lol)
AU - clear logical choice, from an objective standpoint
UGA - build it up, make their own school look really dumb in the process.

biggest thing I noticed when I got here is that there are maybe 4 regular posters on the board who can think circles around the morons, the dumb people are considered "trolls"

there are a few trolls, most of them are pretty weak, a lot of them are like this ucla dude who just honestly believe what they say

its amusing at least. Good football discussion is really hard to find anywhere though....

I would rather be a UGA fan. I hear the drugs in Athens are spectacular. That would numb me from the pain.

Also, a UGA degree shits on the barn.
