Honestly, UGA. By a long shot actually.
-Better town
-better state
-better girls
-much better academics
-cooler fans
-cooler stadium
-better bars
-and the football programs are pretty dead even historically, so it's not like comparing an alabama and a kentucky for instance

If you use the logic most LSU fans are using in this thread, you would rather be Georgia than LSU. Better town, better academics, hotter girls, etc.
