toughest team on the 2010 schedule.

Florida, South Carolina, LSU, Arkansas, and Penn State were the top five on RollBamaRoll.com.

quote:

The 2 percent insult stings even more after considering Bama's fourth opponent, Arkansas, received 166 votes.

That's right, Penn State is 11 percentage points lower than a team Alabama beat 35-7 in 2009.

Who else do Tide supporters believe is better than the Nittany Lions?

Florida (205 votes), South Carolina (57 votes) and LSU (44 votes), the team Penn State beat in the Capital One Bowl.

I don't see how USC is harder than us honestly...biggest rivalry in the nation...apart from 2 years ago, every game could go either way usually and it's pretty close

and they're gonna have a stout defense this year. And we have Arky/Fla the two games before with OM afterwards. We'll have the SEC CG after you, but Ga St before.

Anyone notice what Jay had to say

quote:

Penn State is very likely the best team Bama will play all year. The SEC is in decline only having one legit top ten team and three top 25 caliber squads. The Big Ten has four top ten caliber teams in comparison and six top 25 caliber teams. The SEC is a joke. There is a reason why the SEC wins championships, it is because its teams play a joke of a schedule. There has never been more than two legit teams at one time in that conference.

bama voters probably saw the field coming up in chunks.
and Penn state is hunting for a QB.

I am surprised at USCe being so high up the list.

We shall see.

I like how the Penn St. fans are discouting how much faster LSU was than them. The field was filled with divots and was fricking soaked. No shite its gonna slow down the speed of LSU. If it stays dry in Bama then Penn St. will have their hands full.

Arkansas actually matched up really well with us this year. I'm worried about their passing attack against our young secondary and their actually played really well against us. We made a few big plays and took advantage of some good field position but had trouble sustaining drives all game. I think Arkansas is the second toughest game on our schedule after LSU.

Penn State fans are absolutely horrible. I do not want any of them coming to Tuscaloosa. Glad I'm graduating so I won't have to put up with them for a weekend.

You better Roll. With no QB and a lame O Line and new front 7 taking the field you should. But you better hope your boys strap on the helmets with more heart then LSU did. They were supposedly "fast and stronger" too.... when it came to a running game like it will on Sept 11...they lost. Atleast we are not asking to reschedule this game since we just are not expecting to have that strong of a year... Doubt he even knows about that situation. Talk about No Pride Tide.... just another reason We Are The Tradition.

He's right about Alabama having no QB but our o-line will still be one of the best in the nation and our front seven will be a lot more explosive and athletic than last year's team.

Not really. I was at the 90 game, our last against them when the beat us 9-0. Got stuck sitting in there section, and every single one around me was very gracious and pretty knowledgeable. Most are like that and have a great respect for the semi-rivalry between the two schools. I've been looking forward to getting back to playing them for some time now.

The guy is saying that Bama should roll because Penn State has no QB and a lame OL and a new front seven.

Oh I see. I could easily see a replica of the Virginia Tech game from last year. Hopefully we don't have the mental mistakes and special teams breakdowns that we had in that game.
