He is not 100%. Playing hurt is not easy, especially at QB..

I will say this... it seemed like every other play had an unblocked Wolverine coming at full speed.

Absolutely. He had
Stary eyes. The fact
Michigan held numerous times, AND shown on replay didn't help either

Penix couldn’t get up and perform under pressure.

Certainly a HUGE freaking gap from Texas to Michigan. Texas made Penix look like the Heisman. Michigan made him look very mediocre.

Entire reason why Big 12 teams shouldnt be allowed in the CFP.

His mechanics are atrocious. Exacerbated when under pressure leading to a bunch of very inaccurate throws. Guy is not an NFL prospect.

He needed to step into his throws and take a couple shots early in the game. He makes those throws in pressure and Michigan is forced to stop bringing extra men early.

Instead he’s backpedaling all night, throwing off his backfoot bc his line couldn’t block a soul. Michigan saw that. Kept bringing the house all night to force him intro those off balanced throws. Worked like a charm. Great film study and execution by Michigan D.

Burrow had torn rib cartilage from a 1st half hit vs Clemson in the NCG.

Certainly tough playing hurt though.

I don't believe he helped himself with those that will draft him.

He got a bad case of the losers limp near the end.

His post-game comment was telling: "That has never happened before. I swear."

I know this works for both the joke of “not being up for the moment” and the way he tried to play off the bad performance, but regarding Penix, we’ve absolutely seen multiple games where he imploded when things weren’t going smoothly
