If this is Constanta, it’s a small base that was used as a staging area for moving troops in and out of Afghanistan. Has a large airport that you can fly commercial rotators in and out of and then load people in to C130s to fly into country. This is not where you would stage an invasion force goin...

This. Healthcare does not operate in a normal free market environment. The government dictates reimbursement. They continue to cut reimbursement making it harder for small hospitals and practices to run. Forget a profit, these guys are just trying to not lose money. And the only options are o...

Have not used a land line in almost 15 years but interestingly had to have one for about 5 years after that. Wife had a job that required her to be able to fax orders. So had one that a fax machine was hooked up to but no phone. ...
