Paying players doesn't end corruption. Let us pretend that CFB players earn $50,000 per year. Reggie Bush (and perhaps Cam Newton) were paid significantly more. Where does it stop?

The lawsuit is to protect their license. They can't legally license properties, if they allow Moore to continue selling unlicensed paintings. While I don't agree with the lawsuit, I understand why UA is obligated to file suit. Your rights as a IP owner are limited if you don't act to protect it.

Big Time College Football with the huge TV windfall from the playoff and Conference Cable Networks will breakaway from the NCAA. They will provide the Scholarships themselves and Compensation will be setup.
