2 out of the last 3, 2 in a row in your house. Sometimes the streaks flip. You have a new coach so Richts run is over. Cant hold that over us now.

Slow your roll there nerd. Congrats, for the 3rd time in its history Tech owns a "winning streak" at Sanford. Entire thread is retarded.

3 seniors on the Oline. All gone next year. Good luck with a better year on that front (no pun intended).

Well, you'll have to replace 3 of your 4 DL next year so it will be a wash at worst with you guys.

And you'll have to replace your engine in Justin Thomas. That will be harder to fill than any spot we lose.

Back up, Jordan RS-JR next year, went up to Blacksburg and led GT to a dominate win over the 14th ranked Hokies and against Bud Fosters D (hint: way better than Kirbys D) just 3 weeks ago.

GT will be ok. Plenty of experience around him to help ease him in. GT returns literally everyone except our center who was taken over my a freshman by year end and JT.

Yeah, one game is enough to think he'll be as good as Thomas. Just ask AU fans about Jeremy Johnson last year.

Get oughtta here with that shite. You had Kirby, Tucker and specially hired Van Gorder to figure out a high school offense. Its coaching dumbass. Richt won 10 games with essentially the same team last year with a tougher schedule.

All UGA DCs struggled against the high school offense in their first year (Martinez. Grantham won... but gave up 40+. Pruitt lost. Tucker lost). The 2nd time around is always better.

I pity GT next year in Atlanta. The UGA defense won't be kind.

As for 10 win Richt... 10 wins isn't good enough. It is worth the reset if it leads to 12+ wins. We are a bad team. But we are a young bad team. So long as we don't screw up the roster management like Tennessee or Richt did, we will be getting better towards the 12+ wins. That is the value that Kirby brings.

Good luck. Glad you guys see all this "value" in a guy with one underwhelming season under his belt. Maybe your players should call a meeting with him too to get it straightened out?!

I appreciate the GT faithful (all 3 of you) and your concern for Smart. This kind of rival fan attention usually means more about you and less about Smart.

Our coach has 1 underwhelming season. He has about 7 more to go to catch up to Paul Johnson.

I'm not saying that he can't screw it up. But he would have to pull a Tennessee or Mark Richt with poor roster management to not build this team to a true SEC/National contender in 2018.

Paul Johnson has actually kicked the arse of every single Georgia defensive coordinator that is new to seeing his scheme. Now 3 of the 4 games in which Georgia has had a brand new defensive coordinator in year 1 against his offense have been losses.

That's the untold story in this series. Georgia has still performed relatively well against GT with Paul Johnson there but every time they change defensive coordinators, said coordinator struggles.

3rd quarter was rough for Tech.

But when the 4th came around, Johnson had Smart's defense confused and on the ropes. Called same play on consecutive plays with similar result. Then Smart had to waste a time out.

Aaron Davis got hurt after he caused a 2 yard loss on the 6 yard line on the 94 yard drive and when Quincy Mauger came in he was confused and lost, a time out should've been called after the injury or at least after the first big pass play.

Total fail by the coaches. Georgia executed some things poorly but they could have completely prevented someone from being totally lost with a TO.

Best gobble neck in the conference since Frank Beamer retired.

UGA won with Todd Grantham. But the defense gave up over 40 points that year.

But if you look at the second season for the DCs, the trend shows a dominance in UGAs favor from that point forward.

Johnson does a great job executing his offense. Coaches struggle to prepare. Sometimes, they struggle to adjust to the blocking schemes (like the 1st quarter last saturday).

But like a lot of pitchers, the more you see that fastball and change-up... the more you start timing them. The more you start anticipating them.

Next year, take UGA laying the points.

Also true. Year 1 is bad for new DCs, but year 2 and on gets better in this series.
