Yes but the real estate purchase is very small. Long term Smart might own several properties on Johnson Avenue. Lets look back on this a few years from now how about?

3rd quarter was rough for Tech.
But when the 4th came around, Johnson had Smart's defense confused and on the ropes. Called same play on consecutive plays with similar result. Then Smart had to waste a time out.

We all know any success you have in the series is fleeting. Enjoy your win, they are pretty rare over the last 50 years. UGA leads 36-14 during that time.

Johnson took advantage of injuries late in the game to UGA's secondary. That is good coaching.
However, Smart is a good recruiter. We won't have depth issues much longer. We won't have Richt's leftovers from the 2013 class to make mental mistakes (senior safety quincy Mauger getting burned on those 2 passes when he subbed in).

I dont want to hear about your lack talent. You have Trent Thompson, L Carter, Sanders, Mo Smith, Bellamy etc. and the were 127th in red zone D and 40th on D.
Get oughtta here with that shite. You had Kirby, Tucker and specially hired Van Gorder to figure out a high school offense. Its coaching dumbass. Richt won 10 games with essentially the same team last year with a tougher schedule.
