He has no room to criticize Saban for the way he voted in coaches poll

His reasoning for doing this was sound. He had Trent and Luck number 1 and 2 after their final game. He has Mathieu at number 4. I think he had RG3 at number 4 or number 5. He could not justify RG3 jumping any of his top 3 just because of one great performance the last week when the other 3 were idle.
So his final ballot was Trent 1 Luck 2 Mathieu 3.
You can be mad, but it makes sense given how he had the players before the final game.

If RG3 was South Carolina's QB...
They may have only lost one game...imo.

I have no problem with how he voted just think he is a hypocrite for criticizing Saban's voting

yup with that only loss coming to LSU in the SECCG

ESPN predicts RG3 to win ,they never tell that a POLL of only ESPN workers WERE POLLED ,if they called around the nation and got a random sample of voters ,their poll would have SOME CRED.,But they polled a CLICK OF PEOPLE AT ONE COMPANY,and then said RG3 by our poll is PREDICTED TO WIN.

Bodog has posted odds of 1-20 for RGB to win. As in, bet $20 to win $1. If Paul voted close to the norm, then he wouldn't create any controversy. He's built his career on that.

Anybody that voted for a guy that scored 3 points against Oklahoma St or has played 1 top 50 passing defense is a loon IMO.
Anybody who voted for a guy who only rushed for 37 yards with a 2.85 avg against Kent State is a loon.

He is the speck of shite that was left when someone missined the very inside of their a-hole when they wiped.
RGIII was he best player in college football in 2011. At one point late in the season he had more TDs than incompletions.

@finebaum Finebaum Network Much heat leaving RG3 off my Heisman ballot. Nice player- but SEC defenses would have eaten him alive. Haters get a clue.
No they wouldn't have. Did they eat Cam alive last year?
He's faster and a better thrower

Try again. I'm pretty sure that ended after game 3. Either way it wasn't "late in the season."

So you are saying RG3 is better than Cam?

It's not like Trent faced against stout competition on a weekly basis. 37 yards against Kent St
People always say RG3 would get crushed against SEC competition, but they also forget to realize that he would be playing with SEC players on his team, not Baylor scrubs. If RG3 played for LSU he would put up similar numbers to Wilson, probably a little better. He does have the best deep throw in NCAA

I love people justifying this. It's so pathetic.

Not necessarily, but look what he's done at Baylor. Auburn supporting cast vs. Baylor isn't close

My problem with RG3 is it is kind of like he took a month off and lost to atm, k state, and okie lite......I don't think heisman trophy winners take months off.

Why does the award have to go to a player from the best team? Baylor is nothing without him.

Here ya go. Don't give a shite what any Bama homer says. Can't deny a FREAKIN 192 QB Rating over 4500 yds and 45 TDs, Dude even punted 3 times and had a reception.
How about that?
