Because the national sports networks need more shite-stirrers.

I don't think you said what you meant to say, Paul.

He's a perfect fit for the SECN based on entertainment value. I hope his previous regular callers follow him.

Bham has been without PF for a while now. I think the midday mass show was lackluster, but loved the roundtable (best show on JOX by far) being the 2-6 slot.

I've only given 97.3 about 5 minutes of time.

I hope none of my local stations carry it. Less Finebaum is good for the state.

Never have a Bama and auburn fan agreed more than the two of us right now.

Finebaum is funny inside Alabama. The show is humiliating and pathetic when it exposes these people to a national audience.

and it's been great. Now the dark cloud of anticipation that he may return can be lifted.

Now there can never be that temptation to turn to local radio just to hear what the 'good folks of alabama' are saying. Like I say, it's a good thing.

Frick that piece of shite.....he is a jock sniffing troll who knows nothing about the game.....he has made a career playing off the worst elements of the UA-AU fan base.....stirring them up to the extent that we got Updyke.....I hope he fails miserably. Finebaum is scum....

We'll probably hear him on 97.3 locally here in B'ham. Sucks too - I was hoping that station, and the steaming piles of dog manure it calls radio personalities would crash and burn. That is some horrible radio right there. Kevin Scarbinsky is not only the worse writer in the market but now holds the distinction of being the worst radio guy - taking the place of Prick & Blubber - who still make my ears bleed if I accidentally run across their program. Too bad, I used to like him before he tried to be Finebaum II.

Hey now, I agree with TTs, NGT, Rocky and Rig pretty frequently.

Seriously. It's not like he'll be blacklisted in the state of Alabama or anything.

Unless you live in a very small, and very remote community, you likely won't be so lucky. Broadcasting the show on ESPN affiliates will give him a much larger potential audience than he had before.
