If what’s been alleged is actually true then I’d say the situation has surpassed mere hazing. There seems to be a really weird sexual element involved. Wether Kelly is responsible or not for that poor kid’s death, I think we can all agree that it was completely accidental. I don’t like the dude but I’d be willing to bet he feels horrible about it and that he’s not going let a situation like that happen again.
