What exactly did the judge rule against, though? All ESPN has is: "A federal judge has ruled against the NCAA in the Ed O'Bannon antitrust case over use of athletes' likenesses."


Also, appeals. Lots of appeals.

Yeah. This is going to get more confusing before we figure out what will happen. I'll wait until the NCAA has exhausted their appeal options until I give a damn about this lawsuit.

I follow it, but there are multiple angles in the suit. Until we know the exact ruling, we can't say exactly how this looks to unfold.
