Alabama does not, by their own standards, have one of their 'defenses for the ages', as the Georgia game revealed from years past. Really good, not really great. OU on offense and Alabama on defense , were it not for Kylers crazy improvisations, would make things tighter than they could be but because he can make 60 yards out of what looked like a sack, BIG edge to OU.

ps- He will be the fastest player on the field (sans Hollywood Brown) and also that Alabama has faced this season. FYI.

It's going to be fun when you realize Bama has 3 WR's who are as fast or faster.

I’m pretty sure Henry Ruggs will be the fastest person on the field.

Better than most of OU's actual defense.

Better than OU's defense, yes. But, don't get mad at me for pointing out your "fastest guy on the field" comment is false.

I just hope Alabama's offense can somehow put up enough points on OU's defense to keep it competitive.

Only allowed 7 points in the second half. Held them to 12 points under their average. 2 shutouts in a row against 2 top 20 teams. Its not all that far under the bar.

Kyler looked like a child playing against men when they put him on the field against Bama when he was at A&M. I hope he has grown a little bit.

They can, at the very least, tackle as well as the OU defense.

How severe is Brown's leg injury? I doubt he'll be at full speed if he even suits up.

Is Oklahoma going to score every single time they get the ball? Because Alabama is going to score every single time they get the ball.

He's not any bigger physically..well maybe slightly. Probably much much better decision makingwise though. I've never seen a QB do what he does in the open field though. Maybe not even Vick.

Ruggs, Juedy, and Waddle are all faster than Kyler Murray. Kyler Murray is fast for a QB, but he does not have track speed.

Including the Georgia game, they're 4th nationally in point allowed per game and 10th in total defense. In a 13 game season, it is very rare for a team to shut down every team they play. No, it's not the best defense they've ever fielded, but it will be the best defense Oklahoma has faced in years.

He can do that against Big 12 defenses. He can't do that against SEC defenses.

Those stats include games against 'noted powerhouses' Citadel, Arkansas State, Louisiana, Lousiville and Tennessee
