The proof is in the pudding. What would have been the 7th or 8th best team in the big 12 is in the BCS top 10 due to an extremely easy schedule filled with overrated football teams.

Not sure you can make the comparison. New coach, new system, new QB (maybe heard of him?). Hard to say what A&M would have done in the Big12 this year. And the what-if game sucks because we'll never know and it doesn't matter.

Not a big deal. If he had said the the could have beaten "anyone" that night, no one would notice. He just happened to pick another top five team. (Although it is funny to boast you could have beaten the #4 team after beating the #1 ranked team).

Alabama would just run the ball every down. Baylor is last in most every defensive category for a reason. We would never let them have the football.

I will preface this by saying that I think Bama would facerape Baylor. But that was exactly KState's plan too and it didn't work (that's Kstate's plan every game). Now, Bama's running game is much better I think. And to be honest, I have no idea how Baylor stopped a running game when they haven't all year.

I think Bennett was just excited about the win - the dude has been under a ton of fire (rightly so) for having a pretty bad D.

Hey Big 12, how is the perinneal 9 win Mizzou handling the SEC?

Um do you realize Mizzou's record last season in the Big 12, not that good. They went to the INDY Bowl for godsake.

Mizzou would probably have the same record this season in the Big 12 as they did in the SEC.

The talent gap between Alabama and Kansas State is astronomical. Bill Snyder is probably the greatest coach of all time having done what he has with what he has available.

Alabama faced a stronger defense than Baylor this past Saturday.

I don't think anybody in college football would have beaten Baylor that night.

We would have.

Last time we faced the team with the best offense and worst defense in college football, we took a 27-0 lead before holding on for dear life to win by 2 (vs. Louisiana Tech). Notice that they overcame a 28 point fourth quarter lead to force overtime against Utah State.

Kansas State has the worst passing quarterback in the Big 12 and it showed.

No.... KSU is/was over-rated.

Baylor is ranked in the 100's in just about every defensive stat. They dont have a winning record in the big 12 this year.

Baylor is NOT A&M and Alabama would skull frick KSU.

The SEC is better at the top and worse at the bottom than the Big 12. Tenn, Auburn, Arkie, Mizz, Ole Miss, UK would all be bottom rung in Big 12 this year along with BU, KU, & Wva.
