He just has to get a handle on the Rah-Rah stuff.

I've never played for a coach like that, but I think it would put the team in a constant manic-depressive state to have your coach constantly riding a physically emotional roller-coaster on the sideline.

That just does not seem conducive to performing your job as well as you can on every play or not getting too up or down with the momentum of the game.

I may be wrong though.
