Here. It is obvious you didn't read the link, so I will pull the pertinent information out for you:
The accuser states that she said no, but it was a “different kind of no” like saying “I’m tired” “Do I have to?” “My jaws are tired.” The police report uses quotations, indicating that those were her words. Schmidt reports that during this interview and multiple others of the follow-up nature, the accuser didn’t articulate force being used at any point.

And yet when requested to keep a recruit away from a rapist Florida would not even move the recruit to a different room.
Why does Florida allow so many rapists and murderers onto their campus?
