Did I say anything about having the ball? Thats the problem wiht AU, y'all don't think past offense. K-State's D was on the field, down 20 to 14 on third and long. If they get the stop, their O-gets the ball. Thats not a chance to win?

Not answering questions posed is a sure sign of defeat...and also proves once again you are a dumbass.

not anymore, and if ive learned anything from the rant, its that it doesnt matter where someone was ranked when you played them.

So before the 3rd down conversion you thought the game was over? No way. The game was still in doubt. Which means K-State still had a chance to win. lawd.

Auburn managed just 91 yards on 42! carries. a 2.17 ypc average.
128 yards on 45 for a 2.84 average. The best performance against our running offense since Malzahn got here.

How do you explain getting manhandled in your bread and butter - run game?
Off night, not expecting to have to pass that much, and K State probably watching film on us the entire offseason. Only so much you can do against a stacked box. Oh, and Nick made some bad reads, which I think is more of a symptom of the crowd and environment than anything else.
Auburn clearly will have to throw more to win, fortunately if we can stop dropping balls that won't be a problem.

We had a similar game against MSU last year. I don't think it is a sign of things to come. It was just a bad night on offense all around, with plenty of credit to the KSU defense as well.

Oh I get it. Team adds seats to stadium. Sets record crowd. Auburn fans think its because of Auburn.
State will set an all time attendance record in Death Valley tomorrow night...you will think its the biggest game in TS history

Not Auburn fans. Everyone was talking about how this was the biggest OOC matchup at KSU since the 60's and KSU fans themselves were pretty open about how excited they were.
tRant has its own version of things, as always. Whatever narrative helps you.

Your own fans have translated that to including conference games.

You need to go back and watch that game once again. They didn't stack the box. Had a friend of mine tell me that all night last night. 4 down and 2 lbs. Safeties and cb's made tackles in space like they are supposed to.

Bruh, are you retarded? They were down by less than a touchdown with 2 or 3 minutes to go. They had enough time outs so that Auburn could not run out the clock provided they got a third down stop. Yes, at the end of that game K-State had a chance to win. If I'm a K-State fan, or an Auburn fan for that matter, in that stadium, I'm not heading for the parking lot on the final drive. Why? Because my team still had a chance to win! JESUS!
The point of my original post was that when you see a team make mistakes like that against a top 5 team, you'd expect that top 5 team to blow them out. That didn't happen. K-State did everything they could to give the game away and Auburn still had to make a play at the end to clinch. The game was in doubt until the final minutes.
