Look at that gif above. Someone said Mett looks like he'd be more prone to making a dumb decision or a turnover than JJ.

I laugh at that notion.

Jarrett Lee 2008 says hello.

not really, the only thing JJ could do was scramble and hopefully noone was within 10 yards of him, because my grandmaw had better moves than he did.

What would JLee do exactly?

Lee was a way better passer,

No, just no.

Lee was better off of play action, but that's about all I'll give.

What does that have to do with why Mett didn't get more playing time last year?

16 TDs, 3 INTs

The last 2 INTS were HORRIBLE throws that dudes who play Madden know not to attempt. Goes back to him not being able to read coverage.

The only one that could do it would be Alleva.

correct. supposedly it was a buyout issue. Alleva didn't want to cough it up.

Nothing masks bad issues like success.

We were blowing fools out with Lee/Jefferson. Coach isn't going to to put Mett in "just because."

A concept the average Rantard cannot grasp.

easily. JJ couldnt hit a damn barn with the football.

Did you miss the first 8 games of LSUs season last year? He led the conf in passing effecinecy.

Let me guess, you think JJ could have done that too? Lee had RR as the #1 WR in the SEC in TDs and yards halfway through the season. JJ? Not so much. dude was a third string TE trying play QB.

Garbage time bruh. Garbage time. Ole Miss was not the only SEC team we blew out. Why not give your future starter some experience?

I certainly hope you're not referring to me here. That's laughable.

Neither could Lee if there is no play action involved.

Not a difficult feat when you only throw 15-20 times a game.

What is it you think Mett going to learn by playing with the 3rd string offense in a 28 point blowout, exactly?

It was the second to last game of the season

That was going to be his last opportunity to get in a game anyway sans injury.

Inexperience in big SEC type games for a young throwing QB?

OK, if this is your argument then this is not worth going back and forth.

They're both terrible. I'm not in either the Lee or JJ love/hate BS.

I know as a Tigah fan I'm supposed to pick a side, but I didn't and still won't since some people insist on rehashing the issue.

This thread needs to GTFO. There will always be one or two Jefferswag team members that will defend their hero's play in spite of everything that everyone has seen. And it makes LSU/Miles look stupid.

Requesting anchor.

So Lee only completed passes off playacion?

JJ couldnt do it WITH play action. What does that tell you?

When JJ throws 15-20 times a game, he completes 9 passes for 75 yards.
