Probably not in game 1 but by mid season he could be pretty good. Whitehead and Sawyer for 3 years would be huge for us.

Who care what a bunch of Desperate fans of a dying program keep posting. Let them have their fun, they suck balls at everything else and MSU is clearly on the rise. Let them enjoy their little battles they claim to win and we we'll just keep on dominating the war. That is all.

I thought yall signed the JUCO DBs for immediate help? No doubt Whitehead is good, but I dont think he could start for our secondary next year as a TRUE freshman in the SEC. JMHO. Banks and Broomfield have a lot of experience.

We will let Ole Miss continue to win the recruiting battles while we will continue win win on the field with inferior talent but with superior coaching.

LSU isn't even in the mix for CJ its a MSU/OM battle. Only way LSU gets into the game is if they make him an "offer" he can't refuse.

Trust me on this one, LSU isnt a player and wont be unless they join the game that State and TSUN are playing. If you know what i mean

It's amazing how just last year y'all were slurpin' your own jizz because y'all "won the in-state battle."

Recruiting matters. And we're beating arse in it right now, relatively speaking. We've brought in a handful of good classes in the past couple of years and I frankly can't wait for these guys to be juniors and seniors.

This year's whole recruiting mess has me baffled how a kid who has been committed to a school for 15 months all of a sudden decommits out of the blue following a phone call from Houston Nutt?????

But like I said Ill take Egg Bowl, and Gator Bowl vicotries and let Ole Miss hang banners for their recruiting (moral) vicotries.

And lost a few of your top recruits such as Pat Patterson, Tig Barksdale, Raymond Cotton, etc.... So that kinda doesn't equal future success. The year Nutt signed 38 like 14 of those kids never made it to campus at Ole Miss. But their recruiting ranks still counted right???

You just don't seem to get it.......You....can't....win if you can't recruit. Bama, LSU, etc. aren't just winning because of coaching(well....LSu isn't anyways. )

They're winning because of coaching AND talent. They wouldn't be nearly as good without all of the talent that they have.

....and exactly how do you misspell "victories" like that twice?
