I'm glad to hear the situation is apparently non life-threatening. With that being said he should be kicked off the team. What's he had, four 1 game suspensions in the last three years? Let's not forget that he's also put a kid in the hospital with serious injuries after being "dissed" at a party. Let him go be Rob's hype man in the NFL for the next decade or so. I'm glad the Nkemdiche era at Ole Miss is coming to an end

I believe that it is legal because there are so many different compounds of it, and they can't ban one before another 2 or 3 variations of the same compound pop up. Probably a lot cheaper too.
ETA as for why anyone would ever want to smoke something that dangerous, your guess is as good as mine.

When I was in the military, I used to smoke the synthetic stuff with everybody in my platoon because it wasn't testable yet. I'm talking about lieutenants and plt sergeants doing it with us on some off duty days. Generally, I liked it because we could smoke it and not have a hangover the next day.
Nothing ever happened to us. And we never received suicidal thoughts because of it. Which is supposedly a side effect of it.
Obviously, DN got some bad stuff or it's much more potent than it was before.
