B. He might just be a stoner. That is not a drug problem. At all. Definitely doesn't need "treatment".

People that are "just stoners" don't end up in the ICU for 4 days for being "just stoners", do they?

We just had an 18 year old girl stab a 17 year old girl to death at our school here this weekend. Synthetic marijuana was suspected. Bad, bad stuff.

So he wasn't in that bad of a shape or he would have been transferred to Memphis or UMC. His stay in ICU was more about limiting the number of people who knew he was there or could see him. That is usually the protocol when you are admitted but don't want anyone to know you are there.

I'm happy for this news and that OM released some info. on this. The whole respect for the family's privacy line always makes me nervous as I've only ever heard it invoked when something really bad is happening.
