So will Alabama be 15-0 in 2015? That is the more immediate question.

How many think there is a very good chance Bucky will never coach again in the NCAA

Why not adding something to the discussion for a change?
There is a difference in being salty and concerned about how this went about.
When has the NCAA allowed the testimony of a rival school's player?
I am honestly asking as I don't know. Most NCAA procedures are kept on the DL.
If it is the first time, then can you not agree of the can of worms it opens up? Not to mention the potential lawsuits.

I assume the NCAA won't require he return the 15k to retain his eligibility either
If he didn't know about it...

well, they don;t have subpoena power. They have to operate with the mechanisms they have at their disposal. It's not really all that fricked up IMO. Were this a lawsuit, the NCAA would simply subpoena what they needed. They aren't afforded this luxury to build their case.
Why should org hold that much unchecked power anyway? If you can't see the blatant flaws in the whole immunity sham you are a complete tard.

FWIW, Finebaum had several NCAA "experts" on his show, former staffers & another an atty who has handled NCAA violations against client schools, and they were all saying that any self imposed penalties means squat with the NCAA. It was the general consensus, by these "experts" that when there is money involved, the NCAA comes down a lot harder.

unchecked? The Board of Directors is comprised of a panel of University Presidents. The management council is also comprised of University reps. It isn't some autonomous organization

They don't have to prove shite.

that's adorable. try to sue them and then the NCAA's attorneys can just play the press conference from today where Bjork admitted to wrong doing by their athletic department and members of their staff. Or they can just ask "Player A, B, or C" to testify

Am I suppose to believe Lewis turned down 15K from Ole Miss and an additional amount from LSU to go to MSU out of the kindness of his heart?
What I want to know is how much OM paid for the players that did sign with them. How much is a believable amount?

OM may be guilty as charged but biggest offense is LONC. Lack of NCAA control. Gotta make some hires out of the state of Alabama. Love how so many are in the know here.

My point being they can't vacate wins on the reasoning that some athletes that didn't sign with us were paid so athletes that did sign with us must have also got paid. There has to be proof
No. They don't need proof.

What are the chances that Freeze gets hit with the show cause?
I'm not sure if this has been discussed yet, but I had my wisdom teeth out this AM, just woke up and I ain't reading the whole thread.

So here is an update to Auburn 2010 opponents who have been on probation or currently on probation since '10 season
Red Underline = Probation
Arkansas self imposed probation don't count so no underline

LSU was self-imposed as well.
I also think they took the penalties we proposed and we did turn ourselves in.

Shut up Snowflake and enjoy the thread, stop letting your inner LSUisms spoil the occasion.

I did not know this is Ole Miss's second charge of Lack of Institutional Control.
I wonder if the 94 charge makes them a repeat offender?

So, are there any players at OM other teams want? Players may be allowed to transfer without having to sit a year due to sanctions.
