None of his teams rolled over and died after tough losses though. They bounced back and played well. That's my point. This loss isn't as devastating as people want to believe it is.

Nice. That is what I said, they would lose to Auburn and State.

Losing in the last second to A&M last year wouldn't have mentally broken your team, y'all had zero expectations and could just go on being Ole Miss.

After leaving Death Valley this weekend your kids were reminded that they will never be accepted into the upper echelon of NCAA football and have to go back to just being Ole Miss. It's harder to bounce back when you lose hope for a title. Don't give me the same Hugh Freeze coaches them up after a loss line, he's never been in an tuck contention for anything until this year.

And now that we have talent and more experience, I think with Freeze's history of bouncing back after losses will lead us to beating Auburn.

That's just me though. I can understand why people don't think so.

Whatever you say champ. I know my team/coach better than you do.

Bama would have beaten you if they hadn't abandoned the run game.

We made adjustments and they had a center get injured. After that they tried the run game and it didn't yield the same results so Kiffin had to look elsewhere.

Y'all will be lucky to escape Oxford with a win and that's only if Good Dak shows up. Bad Dak will get eaten alive.

Feel free to enlighten me with some facts about Hugh Freeze/Ole Miss responding to a loss while in a title hunt?

If you think that doesn't make it hurt worse you're delusional, sport.

Did the loss take us out of the title hunt?

You're certainly on the ropes. It definitely exposed your team. Before this weekend most people thought Ole Miss was an elite program this year. I don't think that is the case any more.

What is "bad Dak" because he has combined for over 300 yards of total offense by himself in every game he has played. He is good even on his bad days.

Ole miss has a good defense. Turnovers decide the game. auburn is the better team.

Unfortunately I agree with most of your post. As bad as I hate to say it I think state beats us by a td this year. Not as bad as some here might believe though.

Side note: tiger stadium was the loudest place I've ever been Saturday. I was hoping we'd get up fast and early so they'd leave but that obviously wasn't the case

None of his teams have been ranked 3rd this deep into the season and getting man handled and shut down despite 4 turnovers. Ecspecially in yalls superbowl. This was yalls year to beat us down embrass us. You can try to down play this loss but it was HUGE

So is Auburn and Alabama. State will be after the Alabama game as well.

LSU matched up with is well because they had a big physical offensive line that was built to run it down your throat. Auburn runs it outside of the tackles more times than not and with our defensive ends and linebackers, that's our strength. A&M tried to spread us out and it didn't work well for them.

Hmm! Who else in the west has a big physical offensive line?
