Were they ARRESTED or were they CITED? That's a pretty big distinction, IMO... Isn't disturbing the peace(music too loud) just a citation in general?

I'll give the short story on mine.
a random guy sitting on a curb got punched and knocked out, we stayed around to make sure that guy didn't keep pounding on him, our ride leaves us, rebelride shows up and says he can't leave yet and after an hour says he refuses to let us ride, cop shows up and the rebel ride guy said we were harassing him, cop tells us to leave, I ask for a taxis number and get three charges

The worst OPD story I've heard involves a grown arse man in town for a game at the old Downtown Grille. He was waiting for his table at the bar and drinking a glass of wine with his wife. He saw a friend of his on the sidewalk and stepped outside holding the glass of wine, got arrested.
THANK GOD OPD WAS THERE TO CONTAIN THAT MADMAN!
I've also heard rumors of completely sober people getting DUIs.
