Name another program that has had 1 conference loss and doesn't make Atlanta?

Mississippi State made it with two losses.
LSU made it with three losses.
Arkansas made it with three losses.

Though I guess you could say their one loss was "bad timing" as well

I'm sure when the UT-UF battle determined the East for a while this happened as well.
