And like capstone said

Won't be too harsh. Just enough to let them know that they need to get better at not getting caught.

Lose 7 scholarships
Two years probation
Saunders gets show cause
Possibly forfeit some games where kids were gotten eligibility by Saunders? Not sure how much if any those two kids played.

As I sit here today:

- They get hit with LOIC
- They lose 25 schollies over 4 years
- They receive probation for 5 years
- One Year Post Season ban
- Forfeit every game Tunsil has played in
- Freeze gets a show cause

I think the media fallout for the University will result in termination of Bjork and the entire football staff. Archie will act as the interim AD and his first hire is Aranda as head coach (LSU fans melt like crazy).

If they expose a huge off the books payment to players then we will get destroyed. 100%. If that is proven. I won't argue that but if it is just some payments when a player really needs help but still off the books it will be bad but but not horrible. But if they can't prove anything then they might hit us harder on stuff in the NOA and that's why I say it could go up to 14 schollys but they need to prove it to really bring it on us. If it is cleared up as ok and the Saunders stuff isn't bad it will be light.

I think they vacate some wins and lose a couple schollies a year for a 3-4 years.

1 year post-season ban...maybe.

It will be FAR from a death penalty, but it will still hurt a little.

25 total schollies is devastating, that would put them around 55 scholarship players by 2020. It's enough to sink a school in a tough conference for years.

1 year TV ban

Are TV bans even a punishment option any more? If so, how does that work, would the SEC in turn dock their share of the conference payout if they are ineligible for tv?

I don't think so. Since every game for every team is televised now you would be punishing 7 other SEC schools.

The only way I see a TV ban happening these days if it just means the school doesn't get their cut of the SEC network money.

They will only be allowed to recruit white players.
The only games that will be broadcast will be in black-and-white on ABC on Saturday afternoons maybe twice a year.
They will not be allowed to compete for the SEC championship for 52 years.
