B. The NCAA is not a court system. People go to court when they violate laws, get arrested by police, and dragged into courtrooms, where they are sentenced to spend portions of their life in prison. When they violate NCAA rules, they get extra restrictions on their playing of college sports for a while, or they can quit playing college sports, and tell the NCAA to frick off. Their choice.

Did I miss anything needed to explain the difference between our government and college sports rules to the Judge Joe Brown crowd?

Jesus you aggies are slow. Here, I'll explain it for you.
There's a running joke that Ole miss is going to get the "death penalty" for their violations. In sports the death penalty is a term used when a team is banned from competing completely. I was making a reference to something people often say about prisoners on death row

Ole Miss is not the one that asked for the extension so why would this have anything to do with their punishment?

Fixed that for you.

Ole Miss might not have as a University but an attorney representing a.... Coach? Former coach? Might have and that can include other people close to Ole Miss. Hello!

Maybe one of the witnesses against OM can't "find the money" or "paper trail". So they needed 30 days to fix their story.

A win/win for Ole Miss by delaying finalization until mid-October. They get to squeeze another season from their players before they have the option to transfer out when judgment is passed, plus the season ticket sales for the renovated stadium are done and that money is in the bank.

So you hope. Again all hope and no facts or proof. If Ole Miss wanted the extension to work on their reply with their legal team why wouldn't they just say that? It is all coming out there is no benefit in lying about it for 30 days.

explain that? If someone else named need more time to reply because they don't have resources like Ole Miss they might need some time. The Saunders alligators with acidimic fraud are serious but not at all the hammer you clowns what. But let me guess the "second" investigation is o

Hey stupid. How you doing? Still stupid, I see. He obviously means OM would like to get this behind them and not drag out. The longer it drags out the worse it is for OM. Never good for any kind of cloud to be hanging over.

OM players are tired if it too. This has put a damper on the vibrant Oxford spice industry. Even though the police have enjoyed the break from the rampant spice epedimic, the football players would like to resume doing whatever the hell they want including sodomizing each other now that they have an experienced convicted sodomizer on the team.

So you think that this NOA is going to get Ole Miss hammered? So what allegations with in the NOA are going to get them nailed? There is no LOIC, Nutt is not named or past AD so what is so bad for a first time offender?

If Ole Miss didn't ask for the extension how are they dragging this out?

I know that you follow Coach34 around like a good dog but he knew that Ole Miss had already handed in the response to the NCAA a few days ago but now he knows it was really Ole Miss or a coach that asked for the reply. It's all just making things up to fit the agenda.

Show one legit source that says that a current Ole Miss coach is named in the NOA. Here is a ESPN article saying straight out that Freeze is not personally named.

TampReb, you are indeed a good soldier. Ole Miss should give you a free parking pass or something.

Maybe if State players smoked a little weed or spice they wouldn't beat the shite out of women.

I don't think any logical state fan believes this NOA will be damaging. They are holding onto hope that because current recruits/players are being interviewed with the NCAA that there is a second investigation. I love the belief that the NCAA ended a 3 year investigation with an NOA only to start a second one immediately after. Btw, the NCAA has interviewed two MSU player/recruits too, does that make mean they are "under investigation"?

No, when the punishment is laid out on this NOA, all of the noise will be on the secret second investigation. And we would be doing to same. They have absolutely nothing else going for them except the hope that OM will be brought down and by our loss, they can gain.

Yeah there is no one reporting anything in the NOA that is that bad for football except Saunders. I'm interested to see what the Saunders allegations are in the letter. It could be better or worse then ULL. And the NCAA has showed if new allegations come up after a NOA they stop the first NOA. But they will always keep the dream alive.

They're marching up to the stone wall on this one. There are only two ways home for the ED True Believers at this point: Death, or Victory.

This is so true, they are doubling down on this now. Quite honestly, this will make or break ED and Rosebowl. Should we get hammered, props to them for leading the charge. If it plays out how the Ole Miss side is saying it will, I do not know how any normal MSU fan will follow either of them. In a sense this really is "It".

At this point, I really don't care about the the whole things. It has been dragged out so long, I am over it. Whatever happens with the charges, let it be. But if the charges are bad as ED says they are, Ole Miss will be going and ED will be and we will have to to Ed. So in that case, maybe ED will be wrong lol. That is a scary place

I don't know of any normal MSU fan that reads it now. Appears, only Ole Miss fans and the few ED radicals that post there.
